Return Policy

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns within 72 hours as follows:

Merchandise purchased during End-of-Season sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for later.


Damaged / Defective

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

Please contact customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Refunds

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.
If the payment was by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account
Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse

Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. Incase of any delay, it shall be upto to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the reference of clarks.in refund process reference.

Sizing Problem

We are committed to ensure that you receive the size as requested. In the event that you have a sizing issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Post the return, the exchange will be sent to your address within 7 days unless specified otherwise.

We would like to bring to your notice that no refunds will be initited for sizing issue. In exchange, If the required size is not available, you will be issued a credit/voucher note in the amount of the order/product returned.

The credit/voucher note issued to you will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.

We would also like to bring it to your kind notice that for purchases made at www.clarks.in, no returns or exchanges shall be made at any Clarks Exclusive stores.
