If clarks.in is prevented, restricted, delayed, in the performance of their obligations by force majeure circumstances including but not limited to fire , earthquake, riots which are beyond the control of the clarks.in, the obligations of clarks.in which cannot be performed by reason of such force majeure conditions shall remain suspended.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all the purchases of Rs. 3000 or more. However, a shipping charge of Rs. 150 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 3000.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

On returns initiated for the reasons mentioned below, no refund will be given for the shipping charges:

1. Size Mismatch
2. Did not like
3. Not required
4. Item delivered late

However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Clarks’ Returns Policy.

It is our endeavour to ship all items in your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for delivery in certain pin codes as a product cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online and a message will be sent requesting you to provide an alternate pin code.

We would like to bring to your notice that the approximate shipping time is 7 days from the day of order.

Return Policy

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns within 72 hours as follows:

Damaged / Defective

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
  • Please contact customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Returns through Courier Collection

The item will be collected from your door within 2-3 days post initiating the pickup request on the website. Please handover the product only upon receiving the receipt of return from the courier collection partner. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return or refund may not be possible.

Refunds

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.

If the payment was by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.

Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. Incase of any delay, it shall be upto to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the reference of clarks.in refund process reference.

Sizing Problem

We are committed to ensure that you receive the size as requested. In the event that you have a sizing issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel.

The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card or Net Banking has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your respective Credit card/debit card or Net Banking Account

Cancellation by the Customer

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our warehouse. We will not be able to cancel the order if it has been processed (shipped) by us. Clarks.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by clarks.in and accept clarks.in decision regarding the cancellation. Any amount paid will be refunded back to the same mode as was chosen by you to make the payment.
In case delivery is attempted, we request you to deny acceptance if you do not wish to keep the product.

Refunds
